Due to the handcrafted and one-of-a-kind nature of Puddle Pieces, all items are final sale.  The made-to-order approach makes orders ineligible for returns and cancellations nor refunds. Please visit Shipping and Reporting Damage for more information on shipping damage and replacement courtesy.
